How has thinking negatively impacted your life?

Anyone who has mastered the anti-skill must be in the throes of depression.

Apparently you did not see underpants’s post yesterday which quoted 2 attorneys as saying there is not much of a defense. It was not an obscure post. It was on the home page for quite a while.

I truly feel for you. You are deserving of pity. I do, however, think you should consider others when you descend to the pits. You’re not doing anyone any favors by letting us know your doomscrolling is out of control.
