16. What about Noble Peace Prize?

Does the rule also apply to the Noble Peace prize or FIFA peace prize?

Can Orange Julius sell them to the highest bidder of acquired or earned?

This only proclamation covers the Nobel Prize, not the “Noble” the idiot scribbles on crayon about.
