Nothing against you personally, but we are 5 years past there. This is how we got trump 2. We dont want to deal with how bad it is or the hard steps that need to be taken.

We let ICE act as trumps personal goons, kidnapping US citizens with impunity during his first occupation of the white house. Literally they kidnapped people off the streets in rented minivans in my city for protesting. There should have been prosecutions and probably a dissolving of the whole department that would let itself be used like that as soon as Biden was able to put trustworthy people in positions of authority around the government.

The fact we didnt do anything about it is why they were able to remain and grow to expand this private army and corrupt even the veterans that remain with a sense that they have 0% chance of being held to account for their actions.

We have the extrajudicial assassinations. We have the concentration camps. We have the racism and the violence and the nationalism. Its all here, now.
