"I love the Hells Angels" (poll) [View all]
Filed under phrases never before spoken by a president of the United States.
During his one year self love speech from earlier this week, Trump was of course leaning heavily on how dangerous and despicable Somali immigrants are. At one point he asserted that "they're worse than the Hells Angels", but then he caught himself and immediately added "Actually, I love the Hells Angels, they voted for me". He could have added the Klan, the Mafia, or any other white organized crime group and it would have been true enough, but no sane politician would admit that... But we're not dealing with a sane man so why did he say that?
