I did a search to see if there was any more information available, but had little success.

As for the facility, I don't know what its status is or anything about it. They're running a bunch of makeshift detention arrangements, though. I know that, so this may be one that is not really ready to deal with cold weather while housing lots of people.

Sadly, I don't know how we can learn more at this moment.
