remember when they cannibalized people from agencies across most of the Departments, in order to create a monstrosity that ended up dwarfing the size of HHS (which was once (not counting the military and DOD) considered the "biggest" department).

They need to dismantle it and put it BACK to how it was. Take all those LEO and put them BACK under DOJ, along with the immigration stuff and put Customs BACK under Treasury (and remove the "border protection" bullshit from their roles). Put TSA under the Department of Transportation, and FFS, take FEMA, and MAKE IT A STANDALONE AGENCY AGAIN.
