we were taught in school that the problem with democracy is that eventually the poor working class would eventually vote themselves so many benefits that it would bankrupt the country.
LOL.
The real problem with democracy is that eventually the rich will divide the poor working class and set us against each other so that they can strip the country of our assets and roast the goose which laid their golden eggs.
The needs of the working class can be met but the greed of the rich is insatiable.
