They are not being trained to obey the Constitution.They get bounties per arrest. Not convictions.
The intent of arrests is to make us fearful. That's why the arrests and the building of the concentration camps continue unabated, esp. in red states.
That's why court orders to desist are being ignored.
That's why reporters and judges are being attacked.
That's why DOJ is asking states to give up names of people like us who publicly make critical comments in the press.
That's why trump is creating election "problems" and wants his Gestapo at key voting places.

So far that works for them, as it has for every successful dictator.
