Yes, he is out of his mind. A psychopathic maniac. Criminally insane. And he has many enablers and protectors, using him for their own ends. That makes it a very dangerous situation. Feelings of dread are warranted and normal in this case. I don't think he's focused on trying to destroy the world exactly, more like he doesn't care if he does. He knows his job is to create chaos and he's doing an ace job of that. Chaos creates opportunity for all kinds of grabbing by the morally corrupt. The fact that we can't remove this fascist felonious pedophile from office, or severely cut off his power, is anxiety producing in the extreme. But maybe we had to see just how vulnerable our democracy is. This is a real test of the bipolar country known as the United States. It is not wrong to worry that we may actually fail. It's a possibility. Let us hope that something positive will emerge from the ashes. We must pull together, or it really will be over.
