WH staff and advisors aren’t required to be elected or confirmed by the Senate.

In theory the people ‘elect’ WH staff and advisors when they vote for president.

The problem is an incompetent, corrupt, and criminal president such as Trump will appoint staff and advisors who are just as incompetent and corrupt.
