(12,485 posts)18. I think there's a lot going on behind the scenes
As in this war is not going well or is not going as Grandpa's delusions forecast. The blame game has already begun; Vance is the latest scapegoat candidate. Guess blaming Zelensky didn't get off the ground. Trump is screeching about munitions, how we have enough to last forever despite reports that our supplies are dangerously low, so low that we won't be able to resupply our Arab allies over time. And then, there's the fact that support for this war is at 27% across the country. My husband read that at the end of Vietnam, American support was sitting at 29%.
Astonishing. But then again, not so much. The American public is sick and tired of these pointless wars of choice and ambition.
Oh, and btw: Epstein is NOT going away.

He's been itching to launch nukes somewhere ever since he first slithered into the Oval in 2017.

Maybe it's dawning on all the rats and sycophants that IQ47 is too far into frontotemporal dementia to lead the USA

Screw Little Marco. He's as serious now as he was with his State of the Union, water guzzling rebuttal.

Agree. It's almost sad. But, as you say, he made a choice to hang with the unsavory

He had a safe seat for life as senator but for some reason, thought this was gonna help his career. No pity

His arrrogance in thinking he could actually be the Secrretary of State precludes any sympathy from me. Ever.
