7. They've done this before. It happened to me in the last presidential voting in Dallas.

The line becomes too long, so a polling person stops new people from entering the line after 7pm. This is correct. Anyone in line can vote. This doesn’t disenfranchise anybody. The polls close at 7pm. I voted last presidential 45 minutes after polls officially closed.
