Apple juice non-delivery: just my chain? Or others? [View all]

Went online yesterday to order groceries (including apple juice).

The basic house brand was unavailable. Tried to substitute the name-brand on sale, but it was unavailable. Finally ordered the house brand organic kind (somewhat higher-priced).

When my order arrived, there was no apple juice. When I called chain central, they said that THAT was out of stock. At least they didn't charge me for it.

Wondering if this is a sign of increased transport costs impacting supply...
