6. The higher the price goes the more supply that comes online

Yesterday

Lots of oil is too dirty to be pumped at lower prices (below $60) but once the price hits $80 you get Tar Sands, Venezuelan, Brent, all of that. Venezuela has massive capacity. 20% of the world supply which by strange coincidence is the exact amount that usually ships through Hormuz. Timing of the Maduro abduction looks suspect in hindsight.

Likely they will end sanctions on Russian oil if the price stays up.
