There is US Military activity in Ecuador, he has threatened Canada and Greenland, he attacked Venezuela, and now starting not only WW III, but a potential global economic collapse. Edited to add: Cuba. He is also threatening to overthrow Cuba.

Congress, WHERE ARE YOU? (glaring at the Republicans for being so compliant), and some Democrats too.

This should be a state of Emergency.
