But the reporting that is sneaking out from under the Cone of Silence, via more reputable sources using more acceptable language, is just what I'd expect if there was a solid germ of truth in the original report, a germ that got amplified through the reporter's personal psychology. I'm not saying that this validates the language of his claims, just that it hints that there may be something factual behind them.
