Just wondering about Dump's 'color aura'. [View all]

I've heard that some people can actually see this phenomenon that surrounds people, and was wondering if anyone has information from a bona-fide expert regarding Dump's color aura.

I imagine it looking like a dirty cloud that surrounds him wherever he goes.
