30. What is it with the

Yesterday

Two highest ranking criminals in our gubment both having genitalia from the shoulders up.
I mean Trump has an a hole (without a W) above his chin and a vagina on his neck.
And most of the drug lord’s legal drugs give you deadly perineum (tait meat) swelling, RASH and deadly infections. Is that what that gruesome rash on his neck was? If only it was one that is possibly fatal.
