for locking up long term contracts with countries for rare earth materials. I included that along with some info about Mexico and Canada turning to embrace China more than in the past due to the bullying of the fascists here in the US. Over the last few years I've mentioned a few other times that it was foolish for us to sit on the sidelines and let China lock up nearly all of Africa regarding mining/supply of these materials.
