A side effect from weight loss meds. It’s that rash they talk about between the genitalia area, perineum,
(between his Neck Jina and chin anus)
Pharmaceuticals say it could be fatal, (spoken slow and really fast or printed very tiny hoping ya can’t hear it)
So, we can dream, right. Fatal perineum rash on a child raper.
