As Senator Mark Kelly stated, the U.S. military members and intelligence professionals "can refuse illegal orders," emphasizing their duty to uphold the Constitution. In a November 2025 video, he and other Democratic lawmakers argued that some orders from the administration were pitting the military against citizens and that, under the law, troops are not required to follow unlawful commands.

Whoever issued that order should be court marshaled or if appropriate IMPEACHED!!!!!
