If I were left with a choice of McD or starving, I suppose I could order the Fish Filet or a salad (do they offer those?). I know some of them offer chicken somethings, but I don't know if it's real chicken meat or crushed, powdered, reconstituted pseudo-meat that screams the motto "better poultry through chemistry." I once saw one from afar after being bitten into, and it didn't look like anything the animal kingdom provided voluntarily.
