Price? 15 bucks an hour for people to flip burgers is how we got here.
It sounds like a lamentation about how we pay people too much for jobs you consider menial?

How much should we pay in wages? Ask the people who don't buy fast food anymore.
I don’t even know how this is an answer other than a snarky comment about how minimum wage laws have priced people out of affording fast food.

It is true that fast food prices have gone up because costs, especially beef and wages, have also risen. Easy enough to say unambiguously. If you insert snark, don’t be surprised when people don’t try to figure out the intention. If you actually don’t have a problem with burger flippers making $15 an hour, you’ve failed at communicating that.
