About 140 U.S. service members have been wounded in the first 10 days of the conflict with Iran, the vast majority of which are minor, Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said in an emailed statement Tuesday.

Of those wounded, 108 have already returned to duty, Parnell said. Eight remain severely wounded “and are receiving the highest level of medical care,” he said.

Seven service members have been killed in combat, one in Saudi Arabia and six in Kuwait. Another soldier died in Kuwait of a medical issue.

Since the war began, at least 1,230 people have been killed in Iran, at least 397 in Lebanon and 11 in Israel, according to officials.

I think Rammstein is just proactively preparing for more casualties..because they probably don't know what the hell Trump is going to do next.
