67. I've read the decision. It's great. But I don't see the judge telling the government not to appeal.

With respect to the decision on the motion to quash, it is silent with respect to the government appealing or not appealing.
With respect to the related decision to unseal the pleadings, the judge expressly stayed the order in order to allow the government to appeal.
