...how his boss is angry over lack of enthusiasm by our allies when in the same PARAGRAPH his boss said we don't need any help.
Either we need help or we don't.
When the message is "Come help but we don't need your help" you probably won't get any help.
This is all Trump's fault. Graham needs to quit blaming other countries for his boss's screw-up.
