4. You have statute of limitations issues

New York's statute of limitations is past and Florida's is as well since the recent change to end the statute of limitations isn't retroactive.

Then there's the difficulty in trying to turn anonymous tips and tips deemed not credible by the FBI into a prosecutable case. If there's something concrete we haven't seen or there's a way to get past the tips so far having issues, that's one thing, but if it's stuck in the proverbial he said/she said, there's a reason so few rape cases are successfully prosecuted.

This isn't to say I don't think he's committed rape, as he's been found liable of sexual assault or abuse, but I think putting together a prosecutable case from what we've seen that would be within the statute of limitations would be hard.
