I think it was during 1.0.

Both the way it actually looks like an anal sphincter, it reminded me of a weird teevee short series called "The Preacher" where there was a character they called ass-face because he allegedly tried to commit suicide by blasting his face and somehow ended up with a mouth that was really ass-like.
