the two images of the woman are so very clearly mirror images, with a little bit of additional clothing and color (as purported makeup) applied. All it takes is a few seconds of (rudimentary) visual comparison.

So - I can't tell you what specific 'tool' was used in playing around with these images ...
But, we don't have to be so completely gullible ...
