If i remember, there was an interview with melania a few months after she had barron. She was asked a question about how she had regained her figure so quickly after her pregnancy, and t could be heard off camera saying she hadn't lost all the baby fat yet, but was working on it.
So if karoline is is looking a bit stressed, it's probably because t is trying in his hamhanded way to get her out asap and put another vapid, lying, eye candy barbie in her place.
