Unfortunately, he thought "LOL" in the medical chart stood for Laugh Out Loud. Imagine his surprise when he saw the woman with her feet in the stirrups was a "Little Old Lady" with an unexplained vaginal bleed.

He turned in his internet medical license immediately.
