From the Wikipedia entry:

Thomas Fahr Steyer is an American billionaire businessman, philanthropist, and environmentalist. He is known for having founded Farallon Capital, for his climate-related advocacy, for his political giving, and for his 2020 campaign for president of the United States.

I am not a Californian, so I do not have a say. I think Steyer could easily siphon votes away from whatever magat "R" might also run! That's a good thing, I think
