He made the comments 2 years ago, not 20, he should remember it. Or did the excessive tanning bake his brain? Or maybe too much steroid use? Or does he have another brain worm from his obsession with dead animals? Or is it just from all the heroin he brags about snorting from toilet seats? Whatever the case, shouldn't we have someone healthy, and human, running Health and Human Services?
