General Discussion

I had originally posted this on another internet site, where a few maga attempt to argue with me. Thus, I attempted to provide a step-by-step description of what conflict resolution requires, as well as what prevents it from working. Thus far, none of the maga have taken the opportunity to engage in a debate, where they focus on the errors in my thinking.
