Forever now we have heard that these heartless fucks want families and friends to do more to help those in need, and now we see them actually punishing the poorest and most vulnerable of us for getting help, shelter, from family.

Miserable and miserly, possessing the same Scrooge Social Darwinism that demands "are there no prisons, are there no workhouses?"
