32. Where was HIS hate speech? We have have speech laws that increase a penalty for, say assault. ...

... Where was his assault? We can write all the hate speech or deepest darkest thoughts any time we want - as long as it remains private or between like minded citizens who keep it to him/themselves. This guy's freely made speech was discovered in an non warranted, exigent search. A judge will rule later during pretrial hearings whether or not he was using "hate speech" or making a list to use for ALLEGED crimes he was acting on. What do you have against the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments rights to due process? There may even be Fifth Amendment issues regarding self incrimination.
