I love the Canadian national anthem. Always have, since I was old enough to pay attention to such things

Maybe it's in my DNA. It looks like I am eligible for Canadian citizenship under their new "Lost Canadians" bill, and I plan to pursue it. I did not know until relatively recently that almost all of my father's family on his mother's side, for at least 3 generations, were born, lived and died in various parts of Ontario. I learned about this while constructing my family tree on Ancestry.com. I don't know if he didn't know this, or just never talked about it.

His mother's brother had a least 10 children, so I must have a ton 2nd, 3rd, removed etc cousins scattered thru Canada. I hope I can find some of them.

Interesting thing to learn in my 70s.
