With the assistance of the FBI, the man known as Jonathan Ross may be given a new ID and relocated so he may never be found. They do this in Mafia cases for witnesses who rat on their former associates. And if his new job is in some Defense Department capacity, you bet everything about him will be classified so no one can investigate him under his new name. He may even get cosmetic surgery to alter his face because he knows all about facial recognition software apps used by ICE. This is the way he may never be prosecuted for the murder of Renee Good.
