Thursday

Near a Walmart anchored shopping mall that caters to office drone/working class type of families.
In an "Affordable" area of San Diego, full of 1960's built rentals and Southern California Tiki apartments that need serious refurbishment (much more work than the paint, new carpet and appliance work they typically get every new tenant)
Yeah, there's going to be a bunch of angry parents unable to take the family off roading or camping this summer
