5. Detailed information of doctors and patients involved in gender affirming care

.. to be added to a data base accessible by the public.

So if some Fascist gun nut recently got an AR-15 and was itching to take it out on a test drive. He could then grab the trans doctor/patient list from the data base then go shoot all the "trans abominations" he could locate during his kill the nasty trans hunting andnpshooting spree.

This will be like shooting people you don't like.. - akin - to shooting fish in a barrel. (Such a captive audience is difficult to miss when you are shooting at them like this in such a confined space.
