15. I was born in D.C. and lived there years ago, but I escaped

Yesterday

In my thirties I had enough money saved so I lead police on a low speed chase around the beltway and when I crossed into Virginia from Maryland over the Potomac river bridge did a double loop going north on kenilworth and u-turned back south on I-95 and they became confused as to which state cops had jurisdiction. Clever eh?
