Weekend At Bernie’s-style, and wanting to have a huge, histrionic, Pharoah-like funeral, followed by a tax-payer funded burial at Arlington.

Knowing his followers, they would rake the bones out of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and put his stinking carcass there instead.
