21. I was child in N.W. Pennsylvania our next door neighbor was the County D.A. in a middle class neighborhood

…. and his brother was Ray Shafer who was Governor of PA, to this day he was one of the finest
man I have ever met, and he was a Republican too. His kind is long gone.
