The 2 sides agree with nothing.

Bombing Iran again will skyrocket crude and Krasnov's Magats won't be able to afford to run their pickup trucks.

Iran holds all the cards and Krasnov is lying when he says getting to a peace deal should proceed slowly. Time is on Iran's side, $6/gas on the 4th of July.
