But I disagree with the stupid part — even a highly intelligent person can be, act, and behave stupidly — at least some time, much of the time, most of the time or — in the orange asshole’s case — ALL the time! Stupid and low IQ or cognitive impairment are not the same thing. Stupid can be something like just not using common sense, poor judgement, or making a bad decision. We have all been guilty of those on some occasions over the course of our life. The reason we are not labeled stupid or idiotic is we don’t do those things all the time, repeatedly — like the overweight, out of shape, idiotic asshole in the White (and gold lame) House .
