I don’t think you are saying this but, to be clear, not all Jews support Shitler, Netanyahu, and the radical right Israeli government. I worked with a woman whom I called a few days after October 10th, 2024, because I knew her daughter lived in Israel. I expressed my sadness for her family’s situation and she started in with “…Palestinians are vermin…, kill them all, wipe them from the earth…” verbal diarrhea. I know she and her husband watch Fox and have been brainwashed and radicalized through that and other channels. I ended the conversation quickly and we haven’t spoken since. It is sad that those particular people can’t see the irony of their position, literally taking the same position against other human beings that Hitler took against the Jews and so many others nearly a century an ago. To quote Rodney King, “can we all get along?” Regardless of how much many of us hope for that, I’m not sure the answer to that will ever be “yes” with people around whose desire is to control everything and everyone.
