The image looks like it could be AI. The pocket flaps don't match, and there's what looks like a seam down from the jacket's right flap pocket, where there shouldn't be any seam. The sleeves are weirdly baggy, especially the left sleeve.

And the shadow cast by the man in a white shirt (no jacket) behind him is completely wrong.

I could find only two images via Google Images showing him wearing a suit this color. The other one showed a similar setting, more people in the background, but they were also out of focus like the background figures here. The tie in that one was the same color as this, but the fabric pattern looked different. Guessing both images were AI.
