But, I borrowed your words for my letter to the editor

Here’s what I wrote (with your help)

Maybe when Joe Biden was president, he should have photoshoppped his head on Rocky's body or portrayed himself as Jesus; or sold watches, Bibles, shoes and Bitcoin with his name on them; or installed his family in important positions in his administration with absolutely no experience; or plastered his face all over DC: or held a wrestling championship on the front lawn of the White House; or taken down photos of every president he didn't like; or filled every room in the White House with cheap tacky gold embellishments; or paved over the Rose Garden with concrete; or destroyed the East Wing so he could have a dance hall; or painted over the reflecting pool; put his picture on our Passports; renamed Memorial buildings (a memorial is for the dead) after himself; etc., etc., etc. Maybe the MAGAs would have more respect for him now.

Personally, I would have been appalled by such nonsense and I certainly cannot understand anyone thinking any of those things are acceptable actions for the President of the United States.

Anyway, every time I pass a house or property with a Trump sign or flag, I realize that whoever lives there is not a patriot, does not care about the United States and is a cult member to a person who cares not one bit about their lives, but only about enriching himself.

What I know today is that the policies of Trump have increased the cost of a gallon of gas/diesel, made grocery shopping almost unaffordable, has destroyed the reputation of our military by starting a war of choice with Iran and given them everything, including $300 Billion, just to get the Strait of Hormuz reopened, when it was open before, while getting nothing but 13 dead military servicemen, destroying our military capabilities in the Mideast, greatly reducing our munitions inventory and our Strategic Petroleum Reserves to its lowest level since 1983. This has made the United States weaker and vulnerable, as it will take years and Trillions of dollars to rebuild and replace what he has carelessly spent.

Trump's net worth at the end of 2024 was $2.3 Billion, today it is $6.5 Billion. It definitely appears that he is becoming rich while all of us are becoming poorer and less able to afford our food, housing, utilities, health care and taxes. Those burdens will be carried by all the future generations, as they will be the ones to pay the debts that Trump has created for the United States.
