6. Aftermath of the war Trump started

Oil shippers are going to be leery of going through the Strait of Hormuz until peace plan is actually in place and working for awhile, therefore fewer tanker going through the Strait. Shipping insurers are going to be charging more for those tankers going through the Strait until the peace plan is in effect for awhile and things have settled down, thus those price hikes get passed on down the line, ultimately to you and me. All that infrastructure that got bombed into oblivion all around the Gulf States is going to take awhile to rebuild, so supplies are going to be constricted for some time, thus keeping prices higher. All in all I don't think prices at the pump are going to come back down to pre war levels for at least a year, maybe two.

The ultimate fault for all of this lies with Trump and his stupid, needless war. But the DOJ won't say that in their report. They'll come up with some stupid excuse to deflect blame away from their dear leader, perhaps blaming it on vandals, or antifa.
