1. I think he meant Camp Blanding, in Starke, Florida, about 45 miles southeast of Jacksonville.

"Florida is actively preparing the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Clay County to serve as a major immigrant detention and deportation facility. Backed by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the site is designed to hold up to 2,000 detainees awaiting deportation, operating as part of a broader state immigration enforcement and mass-removal blueprint."
